Executive Search Firm contract, to work on a variety of Executive Searches.
- Executive Search Firms will:
• Conduct regional or national executive searches for the City
• Source and find candidates based on the specifications provided by the City Talent Acquisition Department.
• Create a marketing plan that will draw attention to executives who are interested in working for the City.
• Provide candidate names, contact information and/or resume, for consideration of hire to the City Talent Acquisition.
- Executive Search would be used for the following:
• Deputy Director
• Director of (Dept.)
• Executive Assistant to the Mayor 4/5
• Executive Management Team
