Professional services firm specializing in K-12 education executive searches for a Superintendent.
- Provide the following services:
• Search Strategy and Planning- Advise the Red Clay Consolidated School District BOE on a comprehensive superintendent search strategy, including the search timeline, process, milestones, communications, stakeholder engagement, candidate recruitment, screening, interviews, finalist evaluation, and selection.
• Review Existing Community Input- Review and analyze stakeholder feedback already collected by the District through its superintendent search survey, community town halls, and other engagement activities conducted prior to the execution of the contract.
• Stakeholder Priorities- Identify and summarize recurring leadership priorities, expectations, opportunities, and concerns reflected in the District's existing stakeholder feedback and present those findings to the Board.
• Superintendent Leadership Profile- Facilitate the development and refinement of a Superintendent Leadership Profile that reflects the District's strategic priorities, student and community needs, organizational culture, and stakeholder input, subject to final approval by the Board.
• Candidate Evaluation Criteria- Assist the Board in developing clear, objective, and measurable candidate evaluation criteria aligned with the approved Superintendent Leadership Profile.
• National Candidate Recruitment- Conduct an active, national recruitment process designed to identify a highly qualified, diverse, and competitive pool of candidates with demonstrated success in K-12 educational leadership and experience relevant to the needs of the Red Clay Consolidated School District.
• Diverse Candidate Pool- Describe and implement recruitment strategies designed to broaden the candidate pool and attract qualified candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and leadership approaches, while maintaining qualifications and standards established by the Board.
