Executive and professional recruitment search firms knowledgeable in issues related to the administration of public higher education, healthcare administration, and/or academic health center faculty searches in the fields of academic medicine, nursing, dentistry, and biomedical sciences.
- Services will include one or more of the following:
• Assistance in advertising and marketing executive, professional and non-physician provider level position searches.
• Identification of a broad and qualified pool of talent for University EP to consider as applicants for executive, professional and non-physician level positions.
• Assistance in the screening of potential applicants for the specific positions identified to be filled, to include eligibility for an unrestricted Texas professional license (as applicable), and development of candidate profiles that include comprehensive education experience and history of disciplinary actions or sanctions (licensing board, federal and state agency, or other sanctions) and relevant reference information.
• Assistance in maintaining communication with potential candidates to cultivate interest in a position and to keep candidates apprised of the search process and timelines.
• Coordination with candidates for compliance with university procedures, including application and EEO requirements, and university credentialing and onboarding procedures.
• Identification of salary ranges and typical benefits packages for similarly situated positions.
• Providing data and analytics regarding outreach, advertising, and marketing campaigns and candidate pools for each search
