HVAC Refrigerant and Related Supplies

The Vendor is required to procure high-quality HVAC refrigerants and related supplies to maintain and improve the efficiency of its heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various City facilities.
• Meet the following specifications:
• Refrigerants:
• Must conform to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards.
• Approved refrigerants must include but are not limited to R-410A, R-134A, R-22, R-407C, R-32, and 454B.
• Refrigerants should meet ARI (Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute) and AHRI (Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute) certification requirements for purity and performance.
• Containment and Storage Supplies:
• Supply of refrigerant recovery and recycling systems should comply with EPA regulations.
• Refrigerant shall be stored in disposable drums for safe disposal when empty.
