The Vendor is required to provide merchant payment processing services include, but are not limited to, training, support, reporting, and electronic authorization and secure data capture of major credit card brands (“credit cards”), which include, but are not limited to, visa, MasterCard, American express, and discover.
- Payment channels include, but are not limited to the internet, point-of-sale (“POS”) card terminals, and virtual terminal software payment solutions.
- POS options include a euro, MasterCard, discover, American express, and visa (“EMV”) compatible terminal.
- Mandatory requirements and conditions:• Provide details on compatibility with all available payment gateways.
• Process and settle credit or debit card transactions.
o Credit each agency merchant identification numbers (MID’s) bank account(s) within two (2) business days of capture of the transaction
o Electronic settlement of transactions for each agency mid must processed through the automated clearing house network.
o Settlements should be gross sales per day per each agency mid.
o Agency shall be able to pass the mid to the bank for reconciliation purposes.
• Agency to add and remove departments and MIDs at will.
o Provide notification to proposer(s) upon the addition or removal of MIDs.
o Provide MIDs the ability to void or reverse an incorrect authorization.
o MIDs to manually close terminals to coincide with operating hours.
o Operating hours will vary by mid.
• Provide all technical assistance, staff, materials, and specific programming required for services.
• Provide reports that meet the following minimum requirements:
o Exportable in .csv, .xml, .pdf, .html, .XLS, and .tab
o Retained by the proposer for seven (7) years from the creation date of the report
o Customizable by agency and each mid
o Correctable, in the event of an error, and must include a note that the report was corrected
o Deliverable via email daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annually, or as requested by agency.
o Ability to provide multi-campus and institutional reporting.
