Online Business Tax Payment Services

The vendor is required to provide online business tax payment services include the following core abilities and functions:
•    Seamless integration with agency core systems which include: online integration via restful API or batch file exchange via agency file transfer tool
•    Allow agency business clients to access the tax payment, preferably with the ability to accommodate same day payments and future-dated payments up to one year in advance
•    The user interface (UI) should be user-friendly providing clear and simple guidance on how to use each tax form, having the government tax form identification (id) clearly displayed (applicable to turn-key solutions only)
•    Must be accessible 24/7, 365 days a year, excluding any scheduled maintenance that is required (ideally overnight and after reasonable notice is provided to agency financial and clients)
•    Comprehensive tax type support - all tax forms labeled as "must-have" must be available at implementation- no exceptions
•    Must allow for a separation of duties between administrators and users with the ability to support workflow approvals (applicable to turn-key solutions only)
•    Allow clients or agency administrators to recall a tax payment within at least a 3-business day window from the payment date
•    Allow clients and agency administrators to access tax payment transaction history for up to 13 months, with the option to access up to 7 years on an ad hoc basis
•    Provide agency with access to client usage reports and data to be able to track monthly volumes (i.e., transaction volumes and $ amounts).
•    Provide agency with monthly invoices clearly indicating the breakdown of all the proponent's fees
•    Access to a test environment version of the solution whereby future enhancements is first released to the test environment for approval by agency financial.
