Digital Payment Services

The Vendor is required to provide the resources, experience, and abilities working with governments to provide modern digital payment services, which may include, but are not limited to: automated clearing house (ACH), mobile banking, pre-paid cards, digital wallets (e.g. PayPal, venmo, or apple pay), pay to cash, and pay to debit.
- A new contract is needed to include additional digital payment services.
- The firm is able to maintain a rolling three (3) day minimum dollar threshold of $15 billion, with a possible 20 percent increase during peak payment times that may occur up to four (4) times per year.
- The firm has experience originating at least five (5) million direct deposit transactions monthly.
- The firm has a backup process using the internet with Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) in the event the primary data transmission process (i.e. connection) fails or is unavailable.
- The firm maintained a 99 percent accuracy level in disbursing direct deposit transactions through the ACH in time for the intended “effective entry date” from January 2024 through December 2024.
- The firm has an established, documented, and maintained disaster recovery plan that identifies and assesses disaster risks, determines critical applications, documents, and resources, specifies backup and off-site storage procedures.
- Payment process allow the option to pass enrollment information via encrypted direct file transmission or via secure online website
- Payment/disbursement methods have the capability to customize the look and feel of the product or materials to reflect organizational relevance and branding
- Payment/disbursement methods have the capability, the fee structure for each customization option, and the extent of such capability
- The File Transfer Protocols (FTP), line speeds, and encryption methods currently supported.
- Your solution with the client organization to ensure readiness for implementation of various payment services.
