The vendor is required to provide purchase card services with the following functionality at a minimum, but not limited to:
• Web based transaction management
• Creation and delivery of procurement cards
• Demo and training videos or guides
• Permit multiple approval levels
• Ability to interface transactions into ERP for payment, interface requirements
• Ongoing customer support
• Fraud mitigation
• Onboarding participating entities
- The state is not obligated for any specific p-card services sales volume as a result.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
