Prepaid Debit Card, Gift Card, and Individual Payment Program

The Vendor is required to provide currently uses several methods to make payments to individuals, such as check, ACH, prepaid debit cards, and gift cards. In addition to these current methods, the University is looking for other solutions and products that can be used to replace checks, reduce the use of cash advances, and other ways in which to make payments or provide gifts to individuals (such as 1099-based independent contractors, speakers, honorariums and one-time payments, payrollrelated payments, athletics per diems, and financial aid and student-account credit balances).
- Cover the following topics: 
•    Payments to individuals, 
•    Payments to clinical trial participants, 
•    Prepaid debit cards, and 
•    Medium to low dollar gift cards (e.g., $5 minimum).
