Court Reporting Services

The vendor is required to provide court reporting, transcription, videography, and related support services.
•    Verbatim records of depositions, hearings, proceedings and other events, which may include transcriptions of pre-recorded proceedings, as required by board. 
•    Collection of documents, exhibits and evidence related to hearings, deposition and proceedings. 
•    Service of subpoenas and dispositions for the attendance of witnesses and the production of documents at depositions, hearing and proceedings.
•    Videography services 
•    Hosting video conferences for dispositions by software such as zoom, teams, or other similar software.
