Court Reporter Services

The Vendor is required to provide the area of court reporting services on an as-needed basis at the discretion of the office.
- Minimum Requirements for Each Engagement:
•    Report for all scheduled engagements.
•    Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to set up equipment and receive instructions.
•    Administer an oath to witnesses as a notary public of the commonwealth.
•    Create a complete and accurate record of the proceeding in accordance with standard court reporter and stenographer practices.
•    Dress and comport themselves in a professional manner.
•    Maintain stenographic notes during their retention period.
•    Maintain confidentiality and impartiality regarding notes and/or transcripts.
•    When requested, produce and deliver a complete, accurate, verbatim transcript in the agreed upon time.
