The Vendor is required to provide to perform Occupational Health Services including;
• Pre-employment physicals (currently only for Office).
• Drug & alcohol testing (reasonable suspicion or pre-employment).
• Medical assessment following an injury- employee injuries/ Workers Comp, follow up care for injuries, light duty assessment, vaccinations.
• Medical second opinions/Return to work clearances.
- The County has approximately seven hundred (700) employees and desires the ability to send them for services on an as needed walk in basis as well as the ability to set up appointments for the services.
