The Vendor is required to provide international student recruitment service that can assist the college in diversifying international student enrolment in global regions by marketing and supporting recruitment efforts of qualified applicants to the college.
- Providing high-quality education through its various departments, including area such as business, university studies, which includes arts, science, language instruction, and education, as well as the health and human services, trades and technology, and continuing education and extended studies.
- College serves over 3,300 students annually across full-time and part-time programs.

- College is home to over 1,400 international students from more than 45 countries, reflecting a wide range of cultural and educational backgrounds; the college is committed to expanding and diversifying its international student body while strengthening its global presence.
- The promotion of the college in global markets; this may include events such as student recruitment fairs.
- The international student recruitment service provider will manage their network of in country representatives in global markets.
- The international student recruitment service provider will support the recruitment strategy of the college by maintaining and diversifying the student body through global markets; the college is seeking to maintain an international student body that is diverse and minimize over reliance on a few markets.
- The international student recruitment service provider will refer qualified international students to a recruitment representative of the college or directly to the college for application and admission to programs offered by the college in a transparent and ethical manner.
