The vendor is required to provide comprehensive coaching and development program on an as needed basis that is designed to support the growth, resilience, and leadership capacity of corporation executive team, senior leadership and staffs across corporation.
- Services must include, but not limited to the following:
1. Executive retreats:
• Design, plan and facilitate successful executive team retreat
• Design and delivery of customized staff retreats to promote wellness, team cohesion and engagement.
• Interactive activities, reflective sessions and leadership-building exercises
• Incorporation of equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility principles into retreat programming.
2. Coaching sessions:
• Work directly with the CEO as required to support and review the company’s corporate missions, goals and strategic planning initiatives.
• Facilitate personalized strategic and transformational coaching sessions for each of the executives as required on devising and executing strategic plans, setting long term goals with their teams to boost overall performance.
• Facilitate group leadership sessions or workshops where applicable.
• Facilitate and lead executive and board members coaching sessions to include company culture, operations and organizational growth.
• Facilitate quarterly touch points as required with each of the leaders.
• Provide one-on-one professional development training to individual team members if required.
• 360-degree feedback and self-assessments to identify development areas.
3. Reporting and outcomes:
• Prepare pre-and-post coaching assessments to measure impact and progress
• Set periodic progress reports to key stakeholders
• Prepare final reports summarizing outcomes, recommendations and ROI.
