The Vendor is required to provide executive search services for candidates with experience in recovery-oriented care for addiction and mental health leadership roles.
- The recovery-oriented system of care is a well-coordinated network of personalized, community-based services designed for individuals who are either at risk of or currently experiencing addiction and mental health challenges.
- This system offers access to a comprehensive range of services and supports, spanning from prevention and intervention to treatment and recovery.
- Services Include:
• Conduct interviews with the agency stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the skills and qualifications needed to perform successfully in the role;
• Develop the position profile for agency review and approval, this will guide the search process.
• Formulate an innovative strategy to attract and retain qualified candidates.
• Utilizing the approved position profile, execute a local, national and international search to identify interested and suitable candidates for the position within the healthcare sector;
• Employ various media channels—including advertising, targeted recruitment, database mining, and web-based searches—to attract candidates who meet the specified qualifications.;
• Conduct a first-level assessment of long-listed candidates through comprehensive interviews, reference checks, credential verification and other background checks as appropriate;
• Provide regular search progress reports to the designated agency point of contact;
• Present a pre-screened qualified, long list pool of candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for the agency executive for the purpose of shortlisting.
• Partner with agency executive hiring team to evaluate potential candidates through review of pre-screening by the agency, structured interviews, psychometric testing/assessment (as required) and manage all logistics associated with these activities.
• On behalf of the agency executive hiring team, conduct reference checks, background checks and negotiate the final employment offer, including all necessary documentation.
• Provide onboarding, relocation and settlement assistance once the candidate has accepted the offer and successfully commenced their role;
• Assist in the closure process for all unsuccessful candidates.
