The Vendor is required to provide the research to be completed by the proponent will increase agency understanding of employee wellbeing and overall employee engagement levels.
- Employee Engagement Survey Services include:
• Meet with HR business partners, and HR directors to discuss the goals of the project, process and tasks.
• Develop a mutually agreeable project management plan that clearly describes all the phases of the project with schedule, milestones, responsibilities, and deliverables to achieve the outcomes of the project in a successful and timely manner.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute various forms of information that is qualitative and quantitative research, and statistically sound.
• The proponent should also be able to summarize and interpret results, provide recommendations to drive engagement to enable a focused approach to action planning based on measured results, and provide follow-up tools, resources, and support to implement action plans effectively.
• Provide valid reports that are readily accessible, reasonable to interpret and communicate.
• The data is required in electronic formats; as well having the ability for agency to check completion levels during the open survey timeframe
• Provide a secure survey link via email to invite employees to participate with the option to incorporate kiosk links and passwords for employees with limited access to corporate emails.
• A description of any technical requirements will be provided that considers employee access at work or elsewhere to complete the survey.
• Allow for customization to provide input on the selection of questions and potential to add questions.
• Provide relevant benchmark comparisons for comparative analysis with relevant industry sectors.
• Recommend practices in employee engagement, and provide communication strategy support for a pre-survey, during, and post-survey time periods to successfully reach targeted survey participation rates.
• Recommendations and samples for post survey action plans will be provided.
• Particular attention will be paid to any leadership and team tools that allow agency to highly engage in post survey actions, create a deep understanding of results, and that enhance communication that will continue to enhance and drive engagement at all levels of agency.
• Provide the option for the frequency to run a comprehensive engagement survey and pulse surveys. For example, annually, or every 24 months and format packages based on how often proponent could run surveys,
• Access to source information or self-service tool where multiple users (managers) from all sites can access their reports
• Provide detailed and custom reporting from multiple locations and multiple departments across the province.
• Ideally if reports can be broken down by manager, location, department, agency overall as well as other demographic options.
• The proponent will also be required to demonstrate their company’s ability to provide a method of confidential participation, such as surveys conducted via a secure hosted website link as well as unidentifiable employee information.
• The proponent may also be required to attend briefings and meetings, provide contact and status reports, monitor and develop methodology on proposed methodology or best practices, timetables and research tools, develop timely project work for approval and advising of budget variances.
• In addition to the employee engagement survey, the proponent may offer value-added services or resources that support broader human resource initiatives.
