Executive Search Services

The vendor is required to provide executive search services for develop a detailed search and hiring plan including advertising (to be presented to the minister of hospital and surgical health services for approval).
•    An initial list of potential candidates available in the market (prior to official launch of the search). 
•    Provide details of search optimization technique. 
•    Identify geographic coverage of search within and outside country. 
•    Identify risks and list mitigation strategies for those risks. 
•    Comprehensive candidate briefing on the agency transformation context, to support short-listed candidates, informed by materials developed by the ministry.
- Execute the search and hiring plan, including running advertising if required and as approved by the province.
•    In the event the desired candidate is a temporary foreign national (TFN), contractor shall assist the province and the candidate with all the required paperwork and application process (such as obtaining a labor market impact assessment) to satisfy federal immigration law for hiring a TFN.
