The Vendor is required to provide third-party recruiting services, as well as outplacement and transition consulting services to support employees affected by organization change.
- Recruitment Services: Support in identifying, attracting, and securing qualified candidates for staff and faculty positions as requested by university.
- Outplacement and Transition Consulting Services: Professional guidance to assist departing employees with career transition.
- Services may include, but are not limited to:
• Personalized career coaching and counseling
• Resume and cover letter development
• Interview skills training
• Job search strategies and networking support
• Group workshops or webinars on transition topics
• Progress reporting and feedback to university.
