Executive Recruitment Services

The Vendor is required to provide an executive search firm to assist with the recruitment of agency next vice-president administration.
- Provide learners with access to high-quality and diverse lifelong learning opportunities, as well as responsible educational, fiscal, and environmental stewardship of resources.
- Full recruitment of the Vice-President Administration position. This may include:
•    Assisting with position description,
•    Seeking and recruiting candidates,
•    Reviewing several resumes,
•    Arranging for interviews and suggesting interview questions,
•    Being present during the interviews,
•    Assisting with selection,
•    Organizing on-campus dates with candidates,
•    Assisting in the preparation of an offer, and
•    Notifying the unsuccessful candidates.
