Investigation Design Services

The vendor required to provide investigations design should include wetlands delineation, survey, limited geotechnical investigations, drainage analyses, and utility coordination.
- The consultant shall submit a report to the town as part of its preliminary evaluation which will include the recommended approach to the project; an overall schedule reflecting the consultant's recommended project indicating final design, permitting and construction; and a preliminary cost estimate for both construction costs and professional fees from the consultant for the future phase of the project.
