The vendor is required to provide transcription services on an as-needed basis.
- Use an approved secure web-based file transfer system.
- Electronic transcripts must be produced using microsoft office 2016 (or newer version) professional computer software, in a microsoft word format and must be compatible with board software.
- Transcripts are to be typed on 25-line, 8½” x 11” court or transcription (number-lined) paper.
- Margins of text pages shall not be more than 1½” on the right side (a minimum of 56-character spaces per line, 14 font, style arial).
- Page two (2) of the transcript must be an index of the transcript.
- The last line of the final page of the transcript must state “copyright 2025 (specify what year transcript was created) and all rights reserved by board.”
- Dates: word and figure combinations are to be used to express month, day, and year (i.e., January 10, 2022) unless it is expressed differently in the verbatim transcript, in which case a date may be stated in an abbreviated form (i.e., i went to the house on July 5th).
- Transcript orders
• Transcripts are deemed to be ordered by the board as of the day the job order recording files are uploaded on a secure web-based file transfer system (i.e., watch dox), with an email notification sent to the contractor.
• The contractor should anticipate receiving notification of new job order groups (invoice) on Tuesdays and Fridays by 12:00 p.m. unless otherwise arranged for holidays, etc.
• Anticipate receiving transcripts with required corrections for an entire job order group (invoice) on Mondays and Thursdays by 9:00 a.m., unless otherwise arranged for holidays, etc.
