The vendor is required to provide electronic closed captioning transcription services for county.
• Provide supporting document to verify number of years of experience and, a list of past clients.
• Vendor must have a minimum of 3 years transcription services experience.
• Provide the number of years’ experience with state and local government or municipalities.
• Provide a minimum of 3 references.
• References must include similar entities such as state and local government municipalities.
• Professional and managerial staff inclusive of live human captioner, employed by vendor.
• Project team requirements including, but not limited to:
o Qualified and live human real-time captioners
o Technical assistance
o Quality control
o Client and customer services, support services
o Invoice, billing and sales personnel
• Services must be provided by a live human captioner.
• 30 minutes before the event start, captioner must be on-line and confirm all applicable systems for the services delivery and that follow-up written transcript are operational with ty government.
• Services shall be provided from a remote location:
o The person providing captioning must be listed to the meeting audio through an established phone line and transmit closed captioning data to an encoding device located at county.
• Transcription services for county board broadcasts are to be provided for no less than twenty-three (23) and no more than thirty (30).
• 6–8-hour meetings in a twelve-month period.
