Electronic Voice Dictation and Transcription Services

The vendor is required to provide electronic voice dictation and transcription services for include:
- The services an authenticated user to transmit files:
•    Includes both voice and video coding
•    May be transcribed and sent back to the user as a digital document; and
•    The mobile phone application includes mobile dictation, photo notes and call capture which seed outgoing calls for transcription.
- The services to streamline document preparation to include caption of the following hems:
•    Case management
•    Court reports,
•    Home visits
•    Voicemails; and
•    Videos for public meeting events.
- use of the services frees up staff time allowing time to focus on:
•    assisting and protecting the vale able and
•    providing the right resources and support services
- The services have become an important tool for field workers on the front line for department. 
- For child protective services, case workers are required to do at least one in-person visit for the clients in their portfolio. 
- Case workers must have the sets of those meetings documented within 24 hours. 
- Within aging and people with disabilities (APD), or complaint specialists must go onsite and document everything they witness for compliance. 
- The result of this information must be stored in official state system such as:

- After transcriptions are:
•    Caseworkers review the transcriptions for edits or to add contest; information is copied and pasted to the state;
