- An ordering party may engage the services of any authorized court transcriptionist (act), including those listed on the authorized court transcriptionists for state website.
- An ordering party is free to select the authorized court transcriptionist (act) of their choice.

- Recording management staff will prepare the materials required for transcription and provide them to the act, who has been retained by the ordering party, regardless of whether they are listed on the qualified roster or not.
