English to French Translation and French Editing Services

The vendor is required to provide translate documents and content from english to French, including but not limited to curriculum and curriculum-related, assessment and assessment-related policies, administrative documents, communication content and legal documents, respecting the recognized industry standards and agency terminology as communicated.
- All translated material will be in accordance with the new spelling as put forward by the conseil superior de la langue franchise, unless otherwise specified by agency
- Edit French content, respecting the recognized industry standards and agency terminology as communicated. 
- All edited material will be in accordance with the new spelling as put forward by the conseil superior de la langue franchise, unless otherwise specified by agency- provide translations in the language, format and medium requested.
- Provide translation services during business day hours, and for urgent translation requests as identified by agency, provide rush service delivery outside of business day hours.
- Confirm acceptance of work assignment within 30 minutes of receipt, during business days and respond to questions or requests from agency regarding ongoing work assignments within 24 hours.
- The translation and editing activities and should designate a lead translator to be responsible for reviewing the final product prior to being submitted to agency.
