• Fully-insured quotes for current options.
• Preservation of coverage terms consistent with the current plan design and provisions negotiated in good faith with the agency organized labor groups 
• The agency would like a vendor who has a website/online portal that they can access to administer the plan and that employees can access to view benefits, etc. 
• They also want to be able to send electronic eligibility files.
