• Carrier may not propose or recommend any policy that agency considers to be a conflict of interest, such as a policy written by the broker.
• Review and compare proposals submitted in detail, provide comments and make recommendations.
• Assist agency in binding.
- Provide optional annual insurance retainer services.
- The event of an incident requiring the use of the insurance policy, the broker will assist and guide agency.
