The vendor required to provide international insurance plan (to include, student health and emergency medical evacuation and repatriation insurance services) for their program.
- Health insurance coverage and services
•    Accidental death and dismemberment per insured at $20,000
•    Medical expense (per accident or sickness)
•    Deductible at $0
•    Basic medical at $250,000 at 100%*
•    Mental and nervous benefit, to include counseling
•    Inpatient covered at 100% up to $15,000 maximum
•    Outpatient covered at 100% up to $5,000 maximum
•    Emergency medical care at all facilities
•    Prescription drugs paid at 100%
•    Home country coverage limit at $10,000
•    Accidental dental up to basic medical limit
•    Palliative dental at $1,000
•    Disappearance paid as accidental death at $20,000
•    Injury due to intoxication, whether legally intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol, shall be a covered injury
•    No limitation for pre‐existing conditions
•    30+ day extension of benefits
- Travel assistance insurance
•    Emergency medical reunion at $10,000; paid round‐trip coach airfare for one family member and paid hotel and meal expenses at $300/day immediately for felonious assault and 3-day inpatient hospitalization
•    Trip delay at $2,500
•    Trip interruption at $1,500
- 24 hour medical, travel, and technical assistance which may include some or all of the following:
•    Medical referral service
•    Medical monitoring
•    Prescription drug replacement and shipment
•    Guarantee of payment for hospitalization costs
