Health Insurance Services

The vendor required to provide health insurance providers interested in providing health coverage for visa student for over the course of up to five (5) years.
- Provide comprehensive health and mental wellness insurance coverage
•    A summary of plan options with the premium, including the coverage type.
•    A summary of benefits for each plan option.
•    A comprehensive plan brochure for each plan option that includes, but not limited to, the following:
o    Comprehensive breakdown of coverages and out of pocket costs and maximum.
o    Deductibles, if applicable, associated with the coverage.
o    Prescription drug costs for brand name vs. generic and respective co-pays.
•    A summary of applicable optional supplementary plans available for students: dental, vision, f-2 dependents.
- Digital resources
•    Main website.
•    Other applicable sites that would be resources for institutions and their students (e.g., mental wellness, telehealth).
- Collaboration with the college
•    Availability for staff or student inquiries.
•    Availability for student events (e.g., new student orientations, workshops, seminars and webinars).
•    Assistance for complex student situations (e.g., severe injury, death, eligibility issues, opt students).

- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
