The vendor required to provide insurance and coverage are not maintained: (a) workers compensation insurance in the legally required amount, (b) $2 million in professional liability coverage (combined single limit; and (c) $2 million in general commercial liability coverage (combined single limit). 
- Such policies can be maintained with carriers that are acceptable to the authority.
