Insurance Management Services

The Vendor is required to provide insurance management consulting services.
- Performance of annual actuarial projections of liability and/or workers’ compensation claim costs; and
- Annual audits of workers’ compensation and liability claim files and reserve adequacy as well as other performance measures as requested.
- Services include bus, rail, ride-share programs, special event services, and special transit services for the mobility impaired.
