2. Deductibles:
•    $10,000: building, personal property and contents, newly acquired, spoilage underground water seepage, utility services - direct damage, outdoor equipment, plants and valuable papers
•    $500,000: flood (NFIP) 
•    $100,000: earthquake
•    1%: wind and hail — per location wind and hail – per occurrence
•    $500: computer equipment and media (EDP)
•    Mobile or contractors’ equipment
•    $250: audio and visual equipment
•    $250: telecommunications equipment
•    $1,000: catastrophic automobile physical damage

1. Limits:
•    $50,000,000: comprehensive including production machinery
•    $100,000: expediting expenses
•    $100,000: hazardous substance
•    $100,000: ammonia contamination
•    $100,000: water damage
•    $1,000,000: business income
2. Deductibles:
•    $1,000: combined all direct coverages
•    24: twenty-four hours business income and extra expense
•    24: off premises service interruption.
