Long Term Disability Insurance and Employee Assistance Program

The Vendor is required to provide a Voluntary Long Term Disability program that includes EAP for all benefit-eligible employees.
- EAP coverage is included at no cost for all benefit-eligible employees, regardless of disability participation.
- The crisis intervention services and time frame you would provide as requested by agency on an emergency basis.
