Property and Casualty Insurance Services

The Vendor is required to provide for property and casualty insurance for all county departments.
- Property Insurance (Continued)
•    A limit of $ 500,000 will be provided for property in transit.
•    A limit of $ 500,000 will be provided for property at a temporary location.  
•    A limit of $ 500,000 will be provided for Valuable Records.
•    A limit of $ 250,000 will be provided for Accounts Receivable. 
•    Flood coverage will be provided at all locations with a limit of $5,000,000 with a deductible of $25,000.
•    Earthquake coverage will be provided at all locations with a limit of $5,000,000 with a deductible of $25,000.
•    Equipment that must be rented or leased to replace other equipment for any reason will be covered under the policy at the same limit as the equipment it replaces without notifying the  insurance carrier (No Limit) 
•    The effective date of this policy will be July 1, 2023.
- Computer Insurance
•    General conditions for bidders apply to this coverage.
•    Coverage is to apply on a blanket basis.
•    All cables, printers, and other hardware associated with the equipment listed are to be covered on a blanket basis.
•    Replacement cost of coverage will apply.
•    All risk coverage with a deductible of $10,000
•    The total blanket limit will be the policy limit to cover computer equipment at agency.  If not, please list limit in comments.
•    Electrical disturbance and mechanical breakdown coverage is included.
•    The 100 foot restriction on electrical disturbances will be eliminated.
