• Define the project’s scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the authority’s business requirements.
• Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure smooth execution.
- Internal team collaboration
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resources, infrastructure, and expertise are available to complete assigned tasks.
