The Vendor is required to provide IT service providers to deliver comprehensive managed IT services, support, and modernization of agency technology infrastructure.
- Serve as the agency’s primary IT support partner and assist with ongoing operations, security, and planning needs.
- Provide proactive IT support, secure system management, and strategic planning to scale and modernize agency technology environment.
- Services include:
1. Cybersecurity & Data Protection
• Deploy and monitor a comprehensive security stack (firewall, antivirus, endpoint protection)
• Implement local and cloud-based data backup and disaster recovery systems
• Manage system patching, updates, and vulnerability mitigation
• Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for staff
2. Device & Network Infrastructure
• Advise the Agency on necessary replacements for outdated computers, switches, and network hardware, and assist with installation (as needed)
• Install and configure secure wireless network access
• Perform network cleanup and standardization
• Monitor infrastructure and ensure high availability
3. Communication Systems
• Migrate email to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
• Implement a cloud-based VOIP phone system
• Maintain and support communication systems, including archiving and backups
4. User & Device Support
• Provide helpdesk services via phone, email, and remote support
• Offer onsite support on as needed, emergency basis
• Maintain hardware and software lifecycle tracking
• Support desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile device operations
5. IT Strategy & Planning
• Conduct quarterly IT reviews and strategic recommendations
• Maintain IT documentation (network, asset inventory, system configurations)
• Support technology planning, budgeting, and compliance initiatives.
6. Support Model:
• Hours of availability, including emergency/after-hours support
• Helpdesk process and response time expectations
• Onsite vs. remote staffing plan.
