The vendor is required to provide IT program and project management services:
1. Strategic planning and governance:
• Develop and implement program governance structures.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms.
• Align projects with participants’ strategic objectives.
• Project oversight and coordination
• Manage multiple projects within the program portfolio.
• Provide risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Stakeholder engagement and communication
• Facilitate communication among municipalities, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular status meetings and progress reporting.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.
2. Budgeting and financial management:
• Develop and monitor project budgets.
• Optimize resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Provide financial reporting and forecasting.
• Technology and process improvement
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Leverage technology to enhance program delivery.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer as needed.
3. Response content
• Provide IT program and project management services to the authority or participating public agencies, or both.
