The Vendor is required to provide for a long-term, ongoing relationship for technical infrastructure support services to work with the existing information technology department.

• Project: Replace aging Servers or Switches.
• Project: VMware upgrades and updates
• Project: BC/DR related projects with Veeam
- O365 and Virtual Infrastructure
• Project: Implementing retention for our O365 and SharePoint environment.
• Project: Upgrading Azure Virtual Machines.
• Project: Evaluate our environment for recommended changes to ensure best practice.
• Project: Troubleshooting issues in place of or addition to equipment manufacturer support, including but not limited to (Microsoft, Fortinet, Broadcom, Veeam, Dell)
