IT Infrastructure Support Services

The Vendor is required to provide for a long-term, ongoing relationship for technical infrastructure support services to work with the existing information technology department.
- This includes youth and adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities, mental health concerns, and substance use disorders.
- We listen and respond to our community's needs, providing support and opportunities for people to lead independent and self-directed lives.
- Physical Infrastructure
•    Project: Replace aging Servers or Switches.
•    Project: VMware upgrades and updates
•    Project: BC/DR related projects with Veeam
- O365 and Virtual Infrastructure
•    Project: Implementing retention for our O365 and SharePoint environment.
•    Project: Upgrading Azure Virtual Machines.
•    Project: Evaluate our environment for recommended changes to ensure best practice.
•    Project: Troubleshooting issues in place of or addition to equipment manufacturer support, including but not limited to (Microsoft, Fortinet, Broadcom, Veeam, Dell)
