The vendor is required to provide that IT application support services for an application support contract.
- Provide application support services to maintain and support applications including:
• Designing, developing, and supporting integration processes to other applications, e.g., central square Trak IT, Eden (HR, finance, payroll, and utility billing), cashiering point of sale, and Hylands on base document management, etc.
• Ad hoc reporting.
• Application configuration to support business needs.
• Application enhancements to support business operations or enhancements.
• Data cleansing and migration support as needed.
• Resolving support issues.
• Working directly with city staff to meet their needs and to address issues.
