The Vendor is required to provide managed service provider (MSP) to provide on-site and remote information technology (IT) support for up to fourteen (14) users.
- Responsible for providing responsive technical assistance, managing and securing the office network infrastructure, and coordinating with county IT as necessary.
- The MSP shall provide the following services:
• On-site and remote technical support for up to 14 users.
• Installation, setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of network infrastructure (wired and wireless).
• Network monitoring, security, and performance optimization.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and other it equipment and accessories.
• User account management and basic cybersecurity awareness support.
• Coordination and collaboration with county it for systems integration, compliance, and security requirements.
• Compliance with the county information security and privacy requirements exhibit.
• Provision of proof of insurance meeting county requirements.
• Capability and demonstrated experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting cisco meraki network equipment, including but not limited to network switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
• Provide support for mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, covering setup, configuration, security, troubleshooting, and coordination with mobile service providers as needed.
• Provide support for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of conference room equipment such as audio/visual (a/v) hardware, projectors, video conferencing systems, and connectivity of related peripherals.
