The Vendor is required to provide as-needed IT applications consulting services.
- Technical Consulting Services
•    Functional Support
•    Development Support
•    Technical Support
•    Data Warehouse and Analytics Support
•    Technical Writing
•    Technical Training
•    Quality Assurance
•    System Implementation
- Laptops and/or computers brought onsite by Service Providers will need to meet the following requirements in order to use the District network:
•    All current critical and high priority operating system updates applied
•    Enabled anti-virus software with current definitions applied
•    Windows Defender or another firewall installed/enabled
- Provide remote network access to Service Provider via SecureLink, a third-party platform that standardizes and centralizes access control for our technology vendors.
- Budget: $5,000,000
