The Vendor is required to provide on-going IT support and maintenance services to the project.
- Primarily perform all services remotely, and shall provide services on premises if required.
- Ongoing IT support is needed for both environments and to support office faculty, staff, and students as well as applicants who use devices at the Center or remotely and access our platforms/software.
- Communicate regularly with agency staff, committee staff and other providers of service to the agency including our internet, phone, software, hardware, and remote learning and/or working providers as needed.
- Provide personnel who shall provide the Services who are IT support and maintenance experts.
- Troubleshooting as needed to include internet connectivity issues and other concerns that may arise throughout the year including but not limited to programs or Apps utilized in online learning, working remotely such as remote desktop/VPN, an online Learning Management System, and others.
- Maintain and update software and hardware accessible by faculty, staff, and/or students in computer labs or remotely; on staff, faculty, and student computers, tablets, Chromebooks, or similar devices; and support to the users of these devices/software.
