The vendor is required to provide IT consultation services for include:
1. Airport technology master planning and strategy:
• Develop and update airport technology master plan(s).
• Align technology strategies with airport capital improvement programs and trust business purposes.
• Conduct gap analyses and benchmarking against industry best practices.
• Advise on emerging technologies and innovation strategies to enhance passenger experience, operational efficiency, and security.
• Study existing environments and processes to propose digital transformation strategies.
• Provide systematic reviews and recommend adjustments to the technology master plans and technology strategies.
2. Airport regulatory and grant compliance
• Compliance consultation and other federal, state, and local regulations.
• Development and documentation of security measures for the protection of sensitive information.
• Assist with documentation and reporting for AIP, BIL, and other grant programs.
• Support environmental and accessibility compliance, including, without limitation, ADA and NEPA.
3. Cybersecurity assessment and planning
• Systematically conduct cybersecurity assessments which classify, analyze, and prioritize potential IT threats and vulnerabilities of the airport.
• Systematically conduct it penetration testing.
• Develop airport-wide cybersecurity strategies and incident response plans.
• Ensure compliance with TSA cybersecurity directives and NIST frameworks.
4. Project management and owner’s representation
• Provide project management and oversight for technology projects.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and procurement documents.
• Represent the trust’s interests during design, construction, and commissioning.
5. Network infrastructure (routing and switching, structured cabling, wi-fi, DAS and CBRS, etc.)
6. Passenger processing systems (common use, self-service kiosks, biometrics, etc.)
7. Operational technology systems (AODB, BHS, RMS and GMS, fids, GIS, parcs, etc.)
8. Security and surveillance systems (access control, cctv, paging, crash phone, etc.)
9. Smart airport technologies (IOT, ai, digital signage, wayfinding, building automation, etc.)
10. Miscellaneous:
• Variety of airport technology related initiatives not explicitly described herein, including, without limitation, software troubleshooting, implementation, and management.
