IT Consulting Partner Services

The Vendor is required to provide business partners to support the planning, implementation, and ongoing growth of its technology ecosystem, including cisco network infrastructure, city firewalls, and ServiceNow, snowflake, and Microsoft azure cloud environments.
- Partners will help ensure alignment between technology solutions and the District’s business goals related to service management, systems development, and operational efficiency.
- Partners will provide services on a work-order or project-specific basis to complete defined deliverables across ServiceNow, Snowflake, Azure IaaS, Microsoft 365, and Azure Data Services platforms, as well as Cisco network infrastructure and city firewall solutions.
- A successful partnership will establish both strategic and tactical technology relationships that promote a consistent, enterprise-wide approach to innovation, integration, and system development. These partnerships will enable the District to accelerate the adoption and optimization of Cisco, ServiceNow, Snowflake, and Microsoft services by providing targeted, on-demand expertise to reduce backlogs and enhance workflow automation in support of District operations.

•    Provide guidance on security, compliance, and data lifecycle management within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
•    Consulting assistance for network design and planning to include core data center switching, routing and enterprise wireless for Cisco network infrastructure.
•    Consulting assistance for design and planning city firewall advanced features.
