The Vendor is required to provide to improve its ability to collect, analyze, visualize, and disseminate data to inform stakeholders.
- The data dashboard will support evidence-based decision making, performance monitoring, and statewide reporting. 
- Currently, the agency manages its data internally, which limits the efficiency of deep data analysis, distribution, and reporting.
- Must remain agile and nimble throughout the design, development, and implementation process.
