The Vendor is required to provide information technology managed services and operational support services to the council.
- Provide on and off site IT and operational support to the Transportation Council, which has up to fourteen (14) full time staff.
- Vendor will deliver 24/7 monitoring, preventative maintenance, “help desk” (or similar) support, cybersecurity, strategic IT consulting, infrastructure management, and day to day operational support.
- Expected to be available on-site for a minimum of ten (10) hours per week to provide direct support to the Transportation Council’s staff.
