IT Operations Monitoring Services

The vendor required to provide IT operations monitoring services to establish managed services agreements to enhance the efficiency of its IT operations center and ensure high availability and performance of IT infrastructure.
- The selected firm(s) will provide subject matter experts (SMES) with prioritized expertise in Splunk ITSI, Splunk enterprise, and ManageEngine op-manager and APM. 
- These SMES will serve as supplemental staff to support day-to-day administration, strengthen program management, and optimize existing monitoring and observability tools.

- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
