RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide information Technology (IT) supplemental staffing services to support.
- The roles will primarily be remote (approximately 80%) with up to 20% of work requiring an on-site presence.
- We will also be implementing system-wide Electronic Time Capture devices that will interface into Oracle Cloud Fusion Time and Labor.
- We are implementing all modules under Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM, EDM, ERP, Supply Chain, scheduling, and Payroll.
- We will continue to keep the PeopleSoft application current by applying periodic image updates as well as any required patches or upgrades.
- Oracle Cloud Fusion system administration, security, development, interfaces, quarterly testing cycles, reporting, and functional support will be this team's responsibility.
- Data Center Hardware Refresh – Over the next five years, agency will need to update and install additional hardware including, but not limited to servers, storage, network and similar hardware and software required to support these devices Resources will be needed to implement this technology, assist in migrations from the old hardware and software to the new technology and support these migrations.
- Currently the network team is working closely to upgrade the network and telecommunications (moving to VoIP) across the enterprise, including adding wireless capacity, expanding the network closets, decommissioning legacy phone systems and building in redundancy to ensure continuity of service in the event of interruption on the network.
- Network Refresh – With the implementation of Epic and further integration of biomedical devices and patient services across our patient care locations, the network has become an even more critical component to this environment.
- Resources are needed to assist in the design, implementation and installation of the network and phone systems along with expertise needed for integration with outside systems including paging systems, nurse call and other similarly related applications that currently integrate directly with the telecommunications systems.
- Contact Center – The Patient Call Center is currently embarking on a modernization program to provide better visibility and reporting for the activities provided by our agents, integration with Epic, establishing new avenues of communications with the patients (web, mobile, texting and virtual agents), along with expanded capacity to meet needs when surges occur (ex. Flu Season, Pandemic) and resiliency so that agents can work both onsite and remotely while still providing the same service regardless of location. Resources are required to help with the integration and implementation of these new systems along with project management.
- Identity and Application Entitlements – In an effort to continue to improve our on-boarding and off-boarding of human resources across the organization, agency will continue to evolve and integrate our Identity and Access system including auto-provisioning and DE provisioning of applications, improved auditing of changes to user’s profiles and application entitlements and alerting around these activities. Resources will be needed to assist in this effort including integration and build out of the needed framework to support this effort.
- The security program encompasses developing enterprise security policy and building security education and awareness, ensuring the selection and implementation of appropriate security controls including deploying effective technologies to monitor and maintain regulatory compliance, and identifying and managing risk within defined risk thresholds.
