The vendor is required to provide IT consultant and project management services on an as-needed basis.
- Requirement:
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and deliverables
• Coordinate activities among county departments, external vendors, and stakeholders
• Facilitate project and status meetings, including preparation of agendas, documentation of decisions, and follow-up actions
• Provide regular project updates, status reports, and executive summaries
• Conduct business requirements analysis and document workflows to support technology and process improvements
• Provide subject-matter expertise for systems and platforms including court case management, ERP, public safety, 911, telephony, and radio communications systems
• Support vendor proposal evaluations, technical assessments, and system integration planning
• Assist in the development, evaluation, and award of RFPs and related procurements
• Advise on compliance, cybersecurity, data governance, and IT best practices
• Ensure adherence to county standards, policies, and IT governance frameworks.
