- Consultant will conduct a comprehensive review of the current technology environment, identify findings and areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance organizational structure, operational efficiency, data integrity, security compliance, and user experience.

1. Technology governance and organizational structure
• Provide a detailed report of findings, including identified risks, deficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop recommendations to establish an optimal and effective structure to oversee and champion college-wide technology initiatives.
• Submit a proposed organizational chart outlining defined roles, responsibilities, reporting relationships, authority, and required support staffing.
• Ensure recommended roles align with state higher education state job classifications.
• Provide written documentation to support recommended organizational and governance changes.
2. Stakeholder collaboration and communication
• Development of a clear framework to guide technology-related collaboration and communication.
• Recommended standards and language to ensure audit findings, governance decisions, and technology initiatives are clearly communicated and actionable.
3. Systems assessment and integration
• Conduct a comprehensive inventory of technology tools and platforms across all divisions.
• Identify redundancies, gaps, inefficiencies, and workflow challenges.
• Assess alignment of technology systems with institutional goals.
• Recommend system consolidations, upgrades, or replacements based on performance, compatibility, and effectiveness.
• Recommend standardized protocols for data entry, data sharing, and reporting across departments.
• Recommend training initiatives to support adoption and effective use of integrated systems.
4. Infrastructure evaluation and compliance
• Identify outdated, underperforming, or non-compliant infrastructure components.
• Document and prioritize infrastructure requiring repair, replacement, or upgrade.
• Recommend compliance mechanisms consistent with recognized standards.
• Recommend training to ensure proper configuration and secure use of systems.
• Provide recommended timelines for implementation, progress tracking, and periodic reassessment to ensure continued compliance and alignment with evolving standards.
